Brandon S. Arlington

I'm Brandon S. Arlington, founder and lead listing agent of Rooster Homes. My real estate career began in my family's investment company, where I learned the fundamentals of buying, flipping and wholesaling homes.

That passion led me to earn a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from Cal State LA. I've been a licensed agent since 2015.

Today my wife Sarah and I lead Rooster Homes together. Our focus is Los Feliz luxury homes in The Oaks, Laughlin Park, Franklin Hills and the Los Feliz Hills. We believe in service over sales, with a data-driven and educational approach that gives you confidence in every decision.

Clients often tell me I feel more like a trusted advisor than just an agent, and I work to earn that every day. I pay close attention to the details that are easy to miss. I explain the why behind every step, and I stay right beside you from the first conversation through closing and beyond. Integrity guides every relationship I build, in business and in life.

Rooster Homes is named for my grandfather, John "The Rooster" Riley, who was always the first to open the family gas station. That is the standard we bring to every client: show up early, stay consistent and do the work.

I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), Certified Probate & Trust Specialist and C2EX designations.

Hiking, the ocean and rock climbing keep me grounded, and music and art keep me creative. Sarah and I bring that same energy to every client we serve.
