I'm Sarah Arlington, co-owner of Rooster Homes and a Los Feliz real estate advisor with an unconventional background in behavioral science. My husband and business partner, Brandon, and I live in Los Feliz Village, where we work side by side helping clients navigate some of life's biggest transitions.

Before real estate, I earned my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Cal State LA, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, conducted published research, and taught in the university's applied behavior analysis program. That training still shapes how I work today: observing carefully, asking better questions, understanding what matters to people, and creating thoughtful strategies around complex decisions.

For buyers, that means beginning with an in-depth consultation focused on their goals, decision-making process, the market, contracts, negotiations and escrow, so they feel informed before important decisions become urgent. For sellers, I take an equally analytical approach to preparation, pricing, positioning and understanding how buyers will respond to a property.

I also believe exceptional representation extends beyond the transaction. I've built a trusted network of contractors, inspectors, lenders, estate resources and other professionals so when something unexpected arises, my clients have someone to call. I work with buyers, sellers, luxury and architecturally significant properties, and families navigating trust and probate real estate.

Service has been a common thread throughout my career. I'm a Military Relocation Professional, certified Onward Ops sponsor, and longtime advocate within the autism community. Through Rooster Homes, we also proudly serve military members, veterans, educators, healthcare professionals and first responders through Homes for Heroes.
